Ibrahim Shihata Fellowships
As a tribute to the late Professor Ibrahim Shihata, Director General of the OPEC Special Fund, Senior Vice-president of the World Bank and General Counsel, Secretary General of ICSID and Professor of International Economic Law in the CEPMLP International Business Transactions Programme, the Centre has established a number of fellowship in his name:

Eligibility: |
Open to full-time prospective International Business Transactions/International Dispute Resolution and Management LLM students of all nationalities for the 2008/09 academic year |
Payment Method: |
The fellowship entitles the recipient to a reduction of £4,000 on the tuition fee. |
Selection Criteria: |
Possession of a formal offer of admission to LLM in International Business Transactions or the LLM in International Dispute Resolution and Management. Evidence of funding for the balance of the tuition fee and living expenses |

Students must register their interest when applying for admission. You should submit to me (Kathleen Shortt: k.a.shortt@dundee.ac.uk ) a brief statement, max. 250 words, explaining why you think you should be considered for the scholarship. |

The Director of the Centre will select the successful candidates. All applicants will be informed, in writing, of the Director’s decision, which is final and binding, two months before the start of semester |
